CODEXIVA provides digital agency services including web development, AI solutions, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and related services as agreed in individual project scopes. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in paused work.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems owned by CODEXIVA, which remain our property and are licensed for the client's use.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary access and materials, and accurate information required to complete the project. Delays in these areas may affect project timelines.

Projects may rely on third-party services or platforms (hosting, payment processors, analytics, etc.). CODEXIVA is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policies of third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CODEXIVA's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the applicable project agreement, typically with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
